IT IS FROM SMALL STREAMS THAT BIG RIVERS RISE.
There is nothing quite like enjoying that perfect cup of coffee. In 2023, we opened with the intent of bring great coffee paired with homemade syrups for something just a little different. A little sweetness and locally roasted beans from Ghost Town Coffee in Bozeman, MT create a delicious combination. We strive for a more authentic coffee experience with 6 and 9 oz Italian-style cappuccinos, lattes in 12 & 16 oz sizes and drinks that bring out the coffee flavor, not just milk and sugar. We also offer Bhatki and Tipu's Chai teas, brewed locally sourced tea, and tea lattes. Iced versions available.
What Is An Eddy?
An eddy is a section of circular current that tends to flow in the opposite direction from the main river current. The eddy can almost appear as if the water is not moving at all, like a calm pool, with the center of the eddy being calmer than its edges. It is this calmness that can make an eddy appealing as a resting spot if you’re boating along a fast moving river, as it can give you a little respite from the rapids. Get a little respite from the rush of life at Eddy Out on the Yellowstone.
We are locally owned and operated by a dog and her owner who has spent some time in an eddy or two. Keep an eye for the Hazel when she is on head-greeter duty.

Coffee
Our beans are locally roasted at Ghost Town Coffee Roasters in Bozeman, MT. Whether you are into just plain coffee, espresso-based drinks or cold brew, we can create your favorite with all those options.

Cold Brew
Our cold brew concentrates are made in-house. You will find a decaf cold brew or regular strength that can be used in espresso drinks, heated with a little cream or over our coffee ice cubes. Leave the acidity and bitterness behind and try a cold brew beverage!!!!!
Our Syrups
We strive to make the majority of our syrups using real ingredients, real sugar, real cacao, real pumpkin or real vanilla beans. Our year-round offerings include vanilla bean, chocolate, caramel, a nut variety and locally sourced honey, cherry and huckleberry syrups. Seasonally you will find options like pumpkin spice, peppermint, hazelnut and gingerbread. No weird after-taste and artificial ingredients.

Good Eats
Our staple morning fare is a simple breakfast burrito. Made with eggs, hand-crafted hashbrowns & cheese. Locally sourced bacon, sausage and chorizo available. They are the perfect size for filling you up and at an affordable price. $6.50 for egg & cheese, $8.50 for any meat & cheese combo.
Tea
Try our Bhakti fresh ginger chai or our Montana made Kashmiri Green Tea Chai from Tipu's Chai. Have them hot, iced or dirty (with espresso). We also have an assortment of black, green and herbal teas to pick from. Want it with milk? We have tea lattes made with our tea concentrates brewed in-house. Try our popular Cinnamon Bear Latte made with a cinnamon black tea from one of our local tea stores, milk, honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Baked Goods
Try one of our Montana made sweet treats. Our muffins and rolls are sourced from Grains of Montana bakery out of Billings, Montana. We have a variety of flavors including, the popular, monkey bread muffin. Occassionaly we have some of our own house-baked treats.
Drinks for kids, young and not quite so young.
Hot Chocolate or cold? Try it either way. Whole milk mixed with our handcrafted chocolate sauce topped with our cold whipped cream.
Eddy Out Italian Style Soda. We take our Fanta soda and combine it with cream, ice and whipped cream to create refreshing sparkling drink.
Look for our other seasonal beverages in the summer including frozen lemonade, milk shakes and frozen coffee drinks.
